I am a graduate research assistant working under Dr. Daniela Damian’s supervision. I graduated BSc. Computing from London Metropolitan University with first-class honors in 2018. In 2017, I co-founded Kathmandu Codes with two other partners, aiming to cater to businesses and organizations. Recent technology partnerships include KIA Motors Nepal, Leprosy Mission Nepal, and Love Justice International. In 2021, I completed a distance learning Master’s degree in Project Management. Currently, I feel thrilled to have joined UVIC – starting in 2022 January.
Having worked as a CTO in the last 5 years, I feel as though Software Ecosystems is a good middle-ground for my research interest, given the increasing trend in platform development products and 3rd Party API Integrations. I want to look into data-point customization issues in API integrations. I also enjoy playing with big datasets, formulating relational queries, and algorithm optimization.
Recently, I worked with the W̱SÁNEĆ Leadership Council in preparing geo-fences, alert trigger handlers and automated reports of ships and vessels not being in compliance with the speed and fishery regulations of Transport Canada and Department of Fishery and Oceans.
