I am now a Postdoctoral Fellow at Aalto University of Finland. I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the SEGAL research lab, University of Victoria. My professional interests are focused on advances in software engineering methodologies, which currently are specifically agile and lean software development methodologies. Especially I am interested in scaling agile and lean methods to complex, multi-team development environments.
